Classes

Pregnancy Yoga Classes -These classes are suitable for those from 12 weeks right up to birth and focus on gaining the strength and flexibility to support you through pregnancy and labour, together with the necessary breathing and relaxation techniques.

Postnatal Yoga Courses – Four week recovery course focusing on a gentle progression of yoga exercises to heal the body after pregnancy and birth, reconnect with the pelvic floor and stabilise the pelvis & lower back. Babies are welcome.

Mindful Flow Class – Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. These classes offer gentler modifications on poses as well as variations for those who prefer a more challenging practice and include elements of mindfulness and connecting movement to breath to leave you calm and centred.

Beginners – Suitable for all, including those completely new to yoga and those with experience who prefer a gentler practice. Classes focus on key alignment principles and movement with the breath.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga – A mindfully flowing style of yoga with the movements linked to the breath, flowing from one pose to another in a creative sequence to strengthen and release tension from the body, energising and uplifting.

Restorative – Gentle classes focusing on relaxation. Classes incorporate longer holds in postures, using props for support and focusing on the breath, together with simple movement with the breath. Good for those who suffer from stress and stress related disorders, as well as those who just need a bit of time for themselves.

Yoga for those affected by cancer – These gentle yoga and relaxation sessions are specially tailored for those suffering from any form of cancer, at whatever stage of treatment or recovery, to aid the healing process. Currently available on a 1-2-1 basis.
